Health Navigator, Women’s Health Program

The Health Navigator performs activities to facilitate VACF’s outreach and education, patient navigation, screening and vaccination activities to community members and organizations, focusing on cancer awareness, prevention, early detection and supportive services. This position will communicate and interact with a primarily Vietnamese speaking immigrant community to provide linguistically and culturally appropriate cancer prevention and early detection information and guidance, focusing on women’s health and community wellness. The Health Navigator works both independently and collaboratively with the VACF Team and other community partners to ensure program’s effectiveness and accuracy.
